  • Severe hypersensitivity (SJS/TEN) & taste change

    An important cause of severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SJS/TEN, DRESS) with painful oral ulceration; dysgeusia also reported.

    Clinical management: Treat suspected SJS/TEN/DRESS as an emergency; urgent referral.
